Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sohini Flutes

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our flutes and hygiene considerations, we have a limited exchange policy:
Exchanges are available only for customers located within India.
Only non-customized, standard flutes are eligible for exchange.
Items purchased during Clearance Sales or special discount events are not eligible for exchange.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for any order, under any circumstances. All sales are final.

2. How to Request an Exchange

If you believe your flute qualifies for an exchange, please follow these steps:
Notify Us Immediately – Send an email to our support address (provided below) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Mention your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Return the Product – Ship the flute back to us in its original condition and packaging. The item must be unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories.
Timeline – We must receive the returned item within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned flute, we will process the exchange and dispatch a replacement at the earliest. Please note that exchange approvals are at our sole discretion.

3. Order Cancellation

We know that mistakes happen. If you’ve placed an order in error, here’s what you need to know:
Cancel Before Dispatch – You may cancel your order by contacting us immediately, before the item is shipped from our workshop.
Approved Cancellations – If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline – The refund amount will reflect in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway’s processing time.
Important: Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, our standard exchange policy will apply.

4. Important Notes

All exchanges are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
